Some ideas for Doodling don’t come easy

Making a decision to doodle every day is not going to be easy - especially on weekends, when we have birthday parties and/or workshops at Little Pulp. But, I have made a promise to doodle something every day - and post it here on this daily blog.

Busy day at the shop - got into the shop around 8:00am - and started this page with “Today I am going to Doodle…”  - it remained like that all dang’ day. Then I came home, after running two birthday parties (both of which were super fun) - and sat down in front of My Daily Doodle Book and was like ‘what the hay am I gonna draw’. I thought about trying to draw a hippo wearing shades - then I thought of a dolphin wearing goggles - and then I just started drawing a dinosaur wearing shades —NO IDEA WHERE THIS IDEA CAME FROM––  but it would not have come to me if I did not commit to sitting down and trying. That’s the best part of doodling - you start with something - anything and it turns into something else.

Nothin’s easy - but if you sit down and just start something - it’s definitely a lot easier than if you never sat down. So, sit down and doodle something - it will give a different shape to your day and you might even like it.
